Request access, correction or deletion

Email connect@vkled.in with the subject “Business OS privacy request”. VK Lighting India handles these requests.

1. Identify the company workspace and the social account, conversation or Business OS account concerned.
2. Explain whether you need access, correction or deletion and which information the request covers.
3. Use a contact address where the team can reply. Do not include passwords or one-time codes.

The team will verify that you are entitled to make the request, identify the relevant records and explain the outcome, including any records that must be retained and the treatment of backup copies. Verification may require a reply from the account concerned; only necessary information should be provided.

Revoking a provider connection prevents authorized future access but does not itself delete copies already held in Business OS. Deleting Business OS copies does not delete original messages, comments or accounts on Meta, WhatsApp, Google or YouTube. Use those providers’ own account controls to manage the original data.
